This hands-on continuation program goes deeper into the negotiation dynamics. During the program, participants take their negotiation skills to the next level with new strategies and tactics in advanced negotiation simulations.
Who should attend?
This program is designed for high school students (14 – 18 years old) who want to improve their international negotiation skills. Participants are required to complete one of Sopu Academy’s introduction level courses before attending this program. The language of instruction is English.

Program goals
At the end of this program, the participants will be able to …
- learn the importance of trust and reputation in negotiations,
- recognise different sources of power in everyday negotiations,
- use the right approach to gain and use power during negotiations,
- choose the right strategy by analysing the relationship and power dynamics,
- distinguish various forms of relationships to be able to create value for all sides.
Content of the program
Similar to the previous Sopu Academy programs, the schedule includes 12 hours of live-online sessions, and approximately 2,5 hours of additional activities (individual or group work). Interactive live-online sessions will be held on two days. The program includes:
- hands-on exercises based on real-life
- games and role-playing activities,
- short theory sessions,
- peer feedback, and debriefing sessions.
