This hands-on program introduces key concepts of problem-solving across different cultures. Participants learn about how to make decisions with their international peers, and create win-win solutions for real-life problems.
Who should attend?
This is an introduction course to develop negotiation skills for high school students. The program is designed for students (14 – 18 years old) who want to improve their international communication skills.
No prior knowledge is required to take this module. The language of instruction is English. Therefore participants must have sufficient English skills.

Content of the program
The program includes 12 hours of live-online sessions. Interactive live-online sessions are organised during 2 consecutive Saturdays (6 hours/day). During the sessions, participants will be involved in:
- hands-on exercises based on real-life,
- games and role-playing activities,
- short theory sessions,
- peer feedback, and discussion sessions,
- individual tasks and self-assessment.
