Closing your account and deleting your data on “Sopu: Negotiation Training” app

At Sopu Academy Oy, we respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining your trust. In accordance with our privacy standards and platform requirements, this section provides information on how users of Sopu App and Finnishit can delete their accounts and the data associated with them.

Deleting Your Account

Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data directly within our applications. To delete your account, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Sopu: Negotiation Training app.
2. Navigate to the ‘Settings‘ page.
3. Click on the ‘Delete Account’ button.
4. Confirm that you want to proceed with the account deletion.

Once you confirm the deletion, your account will be permanently deleted along with all associated data. Please note that this action is irreversible.

Data Deletion

Upon the deletion of your account, all personal data associated with your account will also be deleted from our servers. This includes, but is not limited to, your profile information, usage data, and any content you have created within the app.

Data Retention

Please be aware that some types of data may be retained for a certain period due to legal or regulatory requirements. This data will be de-identified and will not be associated with any individual user.
