Before the visit - Exploration day

An online workshop about negotiation scenarios will cover common problems and the impact of better negotiators.

After the visit: Online workshop for parents and students

A 3-hour online workshop will be organized for students and parents. Involving participants from different backgrounds in this workshop will create a more comprehensive learning experience.

An inclusive learning program that includes school management, teachers, students, and parents enables a more collaborative school ecosystem in the long term. Hence, this hands-on workshop will be co-organized with Sopu Academy and the program participants.

The negotiation exercises designed by the participants in Finland will be utilized during the workshop. The workshop will also provide practical tools for creating a win-win-focused educational environment.

Combining online teaching for scalable impact
